Use 1 teaspoon per cup / Small teapot (2-3 Teaspoon)
No metal or plastic strainer, tea needs a freedom
Heat water to roughly 95°C/203°F
Pour boil water into the cup on top of the tea leaves
Add a dash of cold water
Steep for 2-4 minutes and enjoy
