Invigorating and deliciously sweet, our Ginseng Oolong (semi-Oxidised) is produced from superior Oolong tea mixed with ground ginseng roots. This tea has incredible benefits for your heart, brain, bone and dental health. In addition, it could boost your metabolism and decrease your risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes.

Brewing advice

Brewing Advice:

1. Use 1 teaspoon per cup

2. Heat water to roughly 95°C/203°F

3. Pour water into the cup, on top of the tea leaves

4. Add a dash of cold water or milk (if recommended)

5. Steep for 2-4 minutes

6. Enjoy
