For our fennel tea, we use a base of green tea expertly blended with aromatic fennel seeds from South India, an area famous for its spices. This infusion creates a lovely scent and flavour, with the fennels seeds perfectly complementing the green tea leaves. 
Fennel has long been used throughout history in Rome and Ancient Greece, where it was used in rituals and celebrations as a symbol for nature. It was also used in Ancient Egypt and India to make healing medicinal teas. Nowadays, this flowery plant's seeds are used widely in cooking. It is rich in vitamins and anti-oxidants, and we believe these benefits can be enjoyed through our fennel tea.

Brewing advice

Brewing Advice:

1. Use 1 teaspoon per cup

2. Heat water to roughly 95°C/203°F

3. Pour water into the cup, on top of the tea leaves

4. Add a dash of cold water or milk (if recommended)

5. Steep for 2-4 minutes

6. Enjoy
