Masala Rooibos

This caffeine-free Masala Chai has a Rooibos tea base blended with cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon. The blend of spices creates a lovely warming experience - perfect for the cold winter months!

Rooibos, meaning "red bush," is of the plant family Fabaceae. The leaves are used to make a herbal tea that is otherwise known as rooibos, bush tea, red tea, or redbush tea. It is much like a black tea but it has no caffeine and is low in tannins. Rooibos is also full of powerful antioxidants which may offer health benefits such as boosting heart health and lower cholesterol levels, and even supporting those with type 2 diabetes.

We recommend drinking this tea with milk and honey (optional), and you can also add fresh ginger to enhance the flavour.
