A chance to rest, recalibrate and return to your centred self in a safe and nurturing environment. Become sonically immersed in celestial harmonic vibrational frequencies from the traditional gong, crystal singing bowls, binaural soundscapes, vocal harmonics, shamanic drums, ancient percussion and sonic reiki. A healing + relaxing experience with our own special tea provided at the end.

What Is A Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance lay down on cushioned mats and are bathed in sound waves. These waves are produced by therapeutic healing instruments. Across the world sound healing has been used for years to calm the mind + relax and heal the physical body.

About The Facilitator:
Jessii Rose is a certified & experienced sound therapist, shamanically trained sound healer and binaural music producer. The practitioner’s class specialise in the use of the traditional Gong, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, binaural live ambient production + soundscapes, alchemic vocal channeling, shamanic drums, African percussion and sonic reiki. Her use of ancient instruments and tools + extensive scientific sonic knowledge of beta, delta and theta frequencies give the receiver the best experience to fully immerse themselves into a restful state of healing and power.

Brewing advice

Brewing Advice:

1. Use 1 teaspoon per cup

2. Heat water to roughly 95°C/203°F

3. Pour water into the cup, on top of the tea leaves

4. Add a dash of cold water or milk (if recommended)

5. Steep for 2-4 minutes

6. Enjoy

Save the climate

Please do not through away used tea leaves into the bin. They aid in good composting.

Reducing waste - Loose-leaf tea has no plastic packaging. All of our packaging is eco-friendly and our stickers are made from a cane sugar base.

Reusing - You can reuse our tea leaves 2/3 times.

Recycling - Don't throw away our used tea leaves, put them in your plant pot as they are a great compost.
