Our truly exceptional, limited and rare Anji Bai Cha, also known as Anji White, is a green tea with long, thin, needle-like leaves that produce a clean, beautiful pale green liquid with a fresh spring leaf floral aroma. This tea is celebrated for its high amino acid content, offering a smooth and refreshing taste. Ideal for connoisseurs, Anji Bai Cha provides a serene and invigorating tea experience. Each sip captures the essence of spring and leaves a smooth buttery finish.

Brewing advice

Brewing Advice:

1. Use 1 teaspoon per cup

2. Heat water to roughly 95°C/203°F

3. Pour water into the cup, on top of the tea leaves

4. Add a dash of cold water or milk (if recommended)

5. Steep for 2-4 minutes

6. Enjoy
