Chamomile tea is a well-known herbal tea. It is known for its fruity flavour that is reminiscent of green apples. Chamomile is a common name for several daisy-like plants. These plants are best known for their ability to be made into a tea which is commonly used to help with sleep and can be served with either honey or lemon.
Tasting Notes: The taste and aroma complement each other as it is equally flowery in taste too. The flavours are soft, gentle, and pleasantly calming.

Chamomile has a reputation as a sleep aid. It is the central pollen heads that are used in Chamomile tea. It is completely caffeine free.

Brewing Advice:
1. Use 1 teaspoon per cup
2. Heat water to roughly 95°C/203°F
3. Pour water into the cup, on top of the tea leaves
4. Add a dash of cold water or milk (if recommended)
5. Steep for 2-4 minutes
6. Enjoy
