Refunds and Cancellations Policy

At Tea2You, we strive to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our customers. Please read our refunds and cancellations policy carefully before making a purchase or booking.

GENERAL REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only issued in accordance with the terms outlined below.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the stated conditions.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

TEA PRODUCTS ORDERS

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@tea2you.uk with supporting evidence (such as photos).
  • Eligible cases may receive a replacement or full/partial refund at our discretion.
  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used tea products unless faulty.

TEA TASTING EXPERIENCES

Cancellations by Tea2you

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tea tasting session, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Cancellations by Customers

In the case you need to make any amends to your booking please contact us at hello@tea2you.uk referring to the booking number you received in the booking confirmation.

Please be aware the following policy will be in order:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session — Customers are eligible for a 50% refund. Free rescheduling is available.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled session — No refunds will be issued. Rescheduling is possible for a £10 fee.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Up to 48 hours before the session — Free rescheduling.
  • Less than 48 hours before the session — £10 rescheduling fee applies.

No-Shows

Customers who fail to attend their scheduled tea tasting session without prior notice will not be eligible for any refund or rescheduling.

Tea2you reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.
