At Tea2You, we strive to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our customers. Please read our refunds and cancellations policy carefully before making a purchase or booking.

GENERAL REFUND POLICY
Refunds are only issued in accordance with the terms outlined below.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the stated conditions.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
TEA PRODUCTS ORDERS
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@tea2you.uk with supporting evidence (such as photos).
- Eligible cases may receive a replacement or full/partial refund at our discretion.
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used tea products unless faulty.
TEA TASTING EXPERIENCES
Cancellations by Tea2you
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tea tasting session, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Cancellations by Customers
In the case you need to make any amends to your booking please contact us at hello@tea2you.uk referring to the booking number you received in the booking confirmation.
Please be aware the following policy will be in order:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session — Customers are eligible for a 50% refund. Free rescheduling is available.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled session — No refunds will be issued. Rescheduling is possible for a £10 fee.
Rescheduling Policy
- Up to 48 hours before the session — Free rescheduling.
- Less than 48 hours before the session — £10 rescheduling fee applies.
No-Shows
Customers who fail to attend their scheduled tea tasting session without prior notice will not be eligible for any refund or rescheduling.
TEA RETREATS
Cancellations by Tea2you
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tea retreat, customers will receive a full refund of all payments made or the option to transfer to an alternative retreat date, subject to availability.
Cancellations by Customers
If you need to cancel your tea retreat booking, please contact us at hello@tea2you.uk, quoting your booking reference. The following policy applies:
- A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place and will be retained under all circumstances.
- Cancellations made more than 10 weeks before the retreat start date — loss of deposit only (30%).
- Cancellations made between 8 and 10 weeks before the retreat start date — 50% of the total retreat price is payable.
- Cancellations made less than 8 weeks before the retreat start date — 100% of the total retreat price is payable.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing by the person who made the original booking and will take effect from the date received.
Amendments & Transfers
If you wish to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate amendments, changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. Transfers to another retreat date are not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation depending on notice given.
Payment Terms
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 12 weeks prior to the retreat start date. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, covering cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, and personal belongings.
Non-Attendance & Early Departure
No refunds or transfers will be given for failure to attend, late arrival, or early departure from the retreat, regardless of the circumstances.
Itinerary Changes
Retreat itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, safety considerations, or logistical factors. No refunds will be issued for such changes.

Tea2you reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.
