Collection: White Tea

The white tea is direct from the garden, foot hill of Himalaya. Little bit hairy, sun baked and brought inside to wither very slowly over a number of days . During this slow drying process gives the buds pale golden colour mellow flavour. Bai Mu Dan (white peony) and the plump unopened buds of silver needle (Darjeeling) is very rare.
