The white tea is direct from the garden, foot hill of Himalaya . Little bit hairy, sun baked and brought inside to wither very slowly over a number of days . During this slow drying process gives the buds pale golden color mellow flavour . Bai Mu Dan (white peony) and the plump unopened buds of silver Neddle (Darjeeling) is very rare.
