This tea has a history spanning thousands of years and is believed to aid digestion due to its high levels of antioxidents. Lung Ching is produced by first steaming the leaves to destroy the enzymes that may ferment the leaves. They are then rolled and fire dried.
This is a boldly flavoured green tea with smoky, roasted notes. This amber coloured liquor makes for an excellent cup.
Tasting notes: Bold, roasted and earthy
Strainer: No
Origin: India
Sourced: Direct from the small farmer, organically grown. 95% of our teas are certified by the Rainforest Alliance.
